Earth Day

Wow! Was this fun. Aimee Houston, one of our DT members started the party that day with tips on how to go Green with your scrapbooking and at home. Great job Aimee! Check out some of the links on her blog for more information.
We also had several people post their 'green tips' for a chance to win! 10 lucky winners received a gift certificate to the store. YEAH!

We need one more person. See the Pub Calls Blog for more information (it should be posted soon!) Since we miss the creative cards and altered projects that Heidi used to make, we're looking for someone who can fill that spot. I chose each of my girls carefully. Each one of them has a talent that makes the entire team special. Different styles, personalities and talents. My goal, when I started this store was to offer something for everyone. I didn't want to cater to one kind of scrapper, card maker or artist. I wanted anyone to be able to find what they were looking for. National Scrapbook Day

We're making a weekend out of it. Join us for a sketch challenge and other fun activities next weekend! The party starts on Friday, May 2nd and ends May 4th.

We are lucky enough to have a very talented Design Team. We'd like to congratulate Emeline for not one, but TWO recent publications. Emeline was featured in the May 2008 issue of Scrapbook Trends AND their Mini Albums 2008 Idea Book. Great job Emeline! We are offering Scrapbook Trends magazines for sale - this is a limited offer and just a test run. If there is enough interest, we'll look at carrying them on a regular basis!

All of our current Design Team Members are busy working on projects for the upcoming months. Aimee with her Earth Day Projects, Emeline with her NSD Sketches for the contests and Mandy is working on a Summer Mini Album using the Scenic Route Grafton line!
