One more thing....

We got some of the Kokuyo Dot 'n' Rollers in! My favorite adhesive other than my ATG gun.

The refills will be here in 2 weeks, but I have the cartridges in stock!

I also have the Tape 'n' Roller Plus that they released at CHA. That will ship with my refill order. So look for that in the coming weeks.

If you haven't tried this adhesive, do. Its one of the best 'runner' type adhesives out there. It works with heavy cardstock like Bazzill, so you know its good stuff! The refills are easy to handle. The old one pops out and the new one pops in! No mess, no rolls, no sticky goo either.

New stuff....

Making Memories delivered a small order this morning. The first shipment of their new lines from CHA.

Easter/Spring related items in stock now.

Easter chipboard shapes (bunny, egg and flower). Shimmer alphabets and flower stickers. And some really cool shimmer brads.

Store changes coming...

I'm making a few minor changes to the store. I've emailed the people who work on the site and it should be done in a day or two. I'm upgrading the gallery. My biggest change. Users will be able to upload their own pictures to the site. There will be a Design Team Gallery (like there is now) but they will be able to upload their own layouts instead of having to send them to me. This will allow them a little freedom. I like that.
And there will be a Users Gallery. Anyone who wants to upload to the Gallery, can.
Until the Gallery is upgraded, I won't be adding any more layouts to the existing one.
Its going to make this portion of the site a little more user friendly and look so much cleaner.
The Home Page will also be updated at the same time to reflect the Design Team and their winning layouts. Of course, if you read the Blog, you already know the winners and what their layouts look like.

And the winners are.....

Heidi Trejo
Emeline Seet-Ng
Christy Gonzalez
Aimee Houston
Mandy Koeppen

Congratulations to these talented ladies! All of their prizes have been mailed out. Hope they enjoy getting some new product - even some that isn't in any store yet!

I will be uploading their layouts with a full list of supplies to the Gallery on Monday. Their work will also be featured on the Home Page for the month of March.

Tomorrow I will announce who the Runners-up were. Another 5 talented ladies who made it very hard to choose the winners - which is why I increased the number of winners from 2 to 5. I couldn't decide!

They all received a Limited Edition stamp set from Technique Tuesday.

I'm slowly updating the blog from something personal to something that will work with the blog. I will still post layouts and projects that I've done as well as places we go. This is still She Travels, after all.

I'm busy resizing photos and getting a post together to officially announce the winners of the Design Team. This will be posted later so check back to see who the 5 lucky winners were and the 5 runners-up.

Design Team results....

will be announced tomorrow or once I've heard from everyone.
This was a very tough decision. I received over 30 layouts to choose from. People from all over the world submitted layouts.
Why is this a big deal? Because I'm a brand new store, trying to get this going and enough people took a chance on me. I want to thank everyone for sending their stuff in.

With that said, I increased the number of winners. I couldn't pick two from the many I received. So there are actually 5 winners and 5 runners up. Yes, I received that many awesome layouts. As Donna Downey says, "You rock!".

So, thank you to everyone who submitted.
I will announce the winners tomorrow.
Winning entries will be posted in the Gallery and here on the blog on Monday morning. The winners know who they are and soon, so will everyone else.

For the winners, your prize packs will be mailed Saturday so look for those in the mail!

Scrapbook Expo

Since I've added my store ads to the Scrapbook Expo's programs, they sent me 5 free General Admission tickets to each show as well as $2 off coupons. The next two shows are in March in Orlando, FL and Pleasanton, CA. If anyone is signed up for the newsletter and is interested in free tickets, please let me know.

Email the store at: admin@yourscrapbookstash.com

Edit: I only have 3 left for the Orlando show. One of the ladies who sent something in for the Design Team contest claimed them already!

I will have these for all upcoming shows this year, so keep checking back for the Expo in your area!

Bling!

Bazzill sent us 9 boxes of product yesterday. My wonderful Fedex man was nice enough to carry it inside for me. So in the store, we now have a lot of the basic colors of Bazzill along with most of their Bling line and the Cardstock with an Edge line. This is just the beginning of what we ordered at the show. Now I have to figure out where to store it all.

Crazy but good. Started filling orders this week.
Design Team Call is up on the Pub Calls blog.
www.pubcalls.blogspot.com
I'm looking for two people now and the deadline is February 23rd at 5 pm. More info on the website and on Pub Calls. I added the Pub Calls link on my sidebar so you can check it out anytime.
Very excited about some contests and programs we have coming up in the next month or so, so keep checking back or sign up for the Newsletter on the site. There is a link to the store on my sidebar as well. The Newsletter entitles you to announcements before anyone else. I will send out info in an email before I post it on the site or blog. :) Good way to be the first to jump on new arrivals and contests.

Acrylic stamps......

I love them. I'm always looking for 'different' sets to buy. And I found a set that no one else has ever thought of. It's not your journal squares or your alphabets or your scrolls. Its an NHL set. You can get logo stamps for each of the teams. I had to order some for the store. How could I resist? The best part? The logos fit inside that jersey stamp so you can make your own jersey.

Junkitz

Teresa Collins came out with another fabulous line - the Extreme Boy line. This isn't your normal 'blue' papers for boys. Flames, skulls and crossbones and some serious attitude make up this line. I ordered it all! Besides the 6 double sided papers, there are clear ribbons, journaling spots (which she used for her CHA Make and Take), rubons, bling and glitter chipboard.

The journaling spots come in an accordian folded booklet that can be used whole or cut into different 'strips' to use on pages. Very fun line.

Rouge de Garance

I ordered three lines from them. Couldn't resist their colors. This company is from France and has some unusual papers. I posted some page ideas in an earlier post.

Sassafras Lass Preview

Heres what I ordered from Sassafrass Lass. The papers and rubons are both cute and colorful. Blue Boutique and Scrumptious are the lines.

My scraproom

People have asked to see this and there was a post on 2 Peas this morning about a similiar setup to what I have. So here are the pictures again:
